Take Exit 68 south. Continue on this road until it dead ends at Highway 90. Merge onto Highway 90. Take immediate left onto Pascagoula Street. Continue south through one light. The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce building is on corner of Pascagoula Street and Krebs Avenue.

From I-10 West:

Take Exit 61 South. Continue on this road (Gautier-Vancleave Road) until it intersects with Highway 90. Take left. Continue on highway 90. Take first right after high-rise bridge (Pascagoula Street). Continue south through one light. The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce building is on corner of Pascagoula Street and Krebs Avenue.
